Flanders

We have a hotdog cart vending business and have had good success with Flanders hamburger patties. We have found that the best way is to keep the patties frozen until you place them on the grill and grill two to three minutes on each side until done medium well. These patties do not seem to shrink as much as some of the other patties we have tried.

I planned on serving your quarter pound burgers for a group of 10 people. I bought the Family Pack of 20 Quarter Pound Beef Patties. These burgers were the very worst I and my group have ever had. After they were grilled they seemed to fall apart and when we bit into it the texture was mushy. Some guests thought they were Veggie Burgers.

They were so bad we ended up eating hot dogs instead. This was very embarrassing for me as a Hostess and quite honestly ruined our BBQ. I will not buy your product again and would never recommend it to anyone.
