i have gone to Dr Hess for years....she always seemed she treated my animals well. Recently, I've had to cancel & reschedule appointments and got a nasty voicemail from her saying I was disrespectful and she would not see my animals or release my records until I paid her $50 for the late notices. I guess she does not understand that 2 working adults, with 2 children don't always get to keep the plans they make. I have not paid her the $50 and hear she wants to take me to the magistrate. Maybe if she treated her families with a little respect, she wouldn't be so hard up for $50.

SHE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY TOOK MY DOG WHO HAS A EASILY TREATED SKIN INFECTION SHE SAID IT WAS A CANCEROUS TUMOR I TOLD HER I AM NOT RICH I DON'T HAVE ALOT OF MONEY WELL YOUR SCREWED ANOTHER VET SAID SHES A QUACK ITS A SUBACUTOUS BOIL WHILE OUTSIDE OF HER FACILITY A MAN STOPPED HIS TRUCK TOLD ME DONT GO THERE SHE KILLED MY DOG ASKING AROUND I HAVE NOT GOT A GOOD WORD YET.IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION
