Lock And Key, Bg Travis

Returned from vacation to realize we were locked out of our house at 11:PM. Called B & G at 11:23 PM the man agreed to come help us out, said he was in Bixby but wouldn't be long. I waited an hour 12:28 AM before calling to check on his ETA and make sure he had the correct address, no answer. I called again at 12:48 AM to check on his ETA, again, no answer, no response. I ended up breaking the lock to get into our house. If he would have let me know he couldn't make it earlier I could have contacted someone else. I never did get a call back from anyone at B & G
