The UPS Store

As the owner of this UPS Store in the case below I spoke to Vanessa about the issue that she had. The employee that help her was new and her photos were ruined. We did everything we could to correct the problem but ended up giving her a refund including the cost of the photo's which had been done elsewhere. I strive to have all of my customer's needs met and want to have them have a positive experience at our store. I hope that anyone having an issue would feel that they could call and ask for me to have a happier resolution to any problem. We would certainly strive to find a solution.

This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ruining several dozen photos I had taken in to have laminated they tried to correct them, failed yet again, and then refused to correct them a final time. I wasted hours of time across several days not to mention my photos, receiving no compensation, as I couldn't provide a receipt for them. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!
