I always go here for vacuums and bags. Service is always pleasant and they know their stuff. You may have to wait if there's another customer, but that's common anywhere. I love to support local businesses and these are some of the friendliest & knowledgable people around. Years past I bought from big box companies and department stores-never satisfied with the product, service or knowledgeability of sales person.

I have been a customer for many years.. it is nice to see a business still run by family for so long. They were very kind and knowledgeable of their products, which are exceptional. There were times that I had to wait my turn, because of them being very busy. I often learned something while waiting. They will continually have my business.

I bought a sweeper for my parents a yr ago and the service wasn't good but I returned for sweeper bags anyways. This time the service was worse it was it was almost if he wanted me to leave while he put another customers sweeper together rather than sell me the bags.Needless to say I will try my best not to return if I were you I'd save my time and shop online because he was slow and rude!
