        Welcome To FCS! FCS was founded in 2012 as FC Sanitation. We are based out of Toccoa, GA and service all areas of Stephens, Franklin, Habersham Rabun & White Counties, along with portions of Hart, Hall, & Banks counties. FCS was based upon a simple premise—to provide an extraordinary level of service in the waste industry. This superior standard includes courteous and professional drivers, as well as a commitment to the responsiveness of our customers’ needs– a simple but unique approach to the industry.
