Don't take your computer to these guys. I took my HP laptop th then to replace the keyboard and they had it tor 2 months and returned it to me not working since they had broken some wiring in the keyboard replacement and knowing this still put it back together and charged me for the keyboard! When I brought it back since the internet and volume controls no longer worked they kept it for another month and did not get around to fixing it although the part was supposedly on overnight delivery! Had to pick it up disassembeled to take somewhere else after 3 months and 5 trips to Tillamook. Save yourself a lot of aggrivation and go somewhere else! I don't think they know what they are doing and are certainly not honest about thier time frames at C S & S.
