Easy to deal with, seem to be competent, will continue to go back. Prices are somewhat high, but willing to pay more for service I trust

My transmission failed right before Christmas. They were prompt in assessing my needs and clearly defined my options. The quality of their work appears to be superior. Communication was well maintained, even over the holidays. They were gracious and honest. My only complaint is that they don't have a shop closer to where I live. Two thumbs up (more if I had them).

These guys saved the day for me. While coming up to Tehachapi, the oil drain plug came off and my car lost all of its oil. Since I had the oil changed the day before by a different shop in a different town, they documented everything with photos and wrote out a detailed report. They then fixed it correctly. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road. Thanks Protech.

While I was away on vacation my 2009 Nissan Cube was having trouble starting. I took it to a Nissan dealer and was told I needed a short block. Shock set in. I called Richard and told him where I was and told him of the situation. He suggested I have the dealer change the oil and send me on my way. Once home I took the car to ProTech. Richard personally test drove the car and found nothing to be wrong. It's this type of honest assessment you will receive when you go to Pro Tech . It's the only place for auto repair you need.
