Obtained an estimate before bringing vehicle in for a fluid and ATF filter change. Final price was 25% higher before taxes than all-in price quoted. Fact checked parts prices and fluid quantities at (5) different parts houses and comparative service at (2) dealers. All had about the same parts price and all said required quantity was 5 quarts. All said that there was only (1) filter kit for my vehicle. There was no factual justification for the increase. Ms TJ would not honor the quoted price and the employee who quoted would not satisfactorily explain the differences in price between verbal estimate and final bill other than to say it required more expensive parts, more fluid and more expensive fluid. Caveat Emptor. Get a firm estimate in writing that specifies parts prices, labor rate and hours, fluid quantities before they start. Then be prepared for surprises. Personally, I'll take my business elsewhere, there are way too many lube services in SWLA.

After they completed my service, they told me it was $98 for a synthetic oil change for a 2014 Honda Odyssey. I told them I thought that was high, but they felt it was fair pricing even though I'd never paid that much for a synthetic oil change. They were insistent it was fair pricing even though they did nothing more than a Jiffy Lube does. Do NOT recommend!!!
