Wish I could give 10 stars to this company. From the receptionist to the tech, first class in every respect..... responsive, excellent follow-up and repaired my laptop better than new....and within less than 48 hours. What caught my eye first were the different major manufacturers they are partnered with. What I truly appreciated was being treated the way we used to be treated many years ago by a "family company". When you call, you get a knowledgeable and friendly person instead of a required dozen recorded prompts to get you to the "right party" and the nonsense about being recorded for quality purposes. A few Fortune 500 Companies today could learn from C&W.
They really know their stuff!!! Had my computer back up the next day!!
I usually take my computer to a place in palm city because she is my mother's friend. Never Never Never again!!! Came to find out she had been over charging us for years and half the time she told us it could not be fixed. that I would need a new computer.

Eric was very quick to diagnose and repair my crashed desktop. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated his honesty and working O.T. to get me back up and running! I highly recommend C&W. You can also catch his radio show on WPSL. They know their stuff.

They were unable to fix my problem and very rude over the phone. This is not the first time I've had a problem with them. Don't trust them with your computer. I ended up going to another company called TecDirect they were able to fix my problem quite easily.
