Changes Hair Design

Have been having my hair cut and dyed for many years, and love Changes. Sheila and Dawn are great hair stylists and warm, welcoming people with great senses of humor. They are very good about doing what you ask, not just doing what they think would be good, though they'll do that too if that's what you want.
