Acorn Property Management

Rented here for well over a year. They fixed everything immediately, and were extremely kind to us, great place to rent through.

Acorn staff cares about their tenants, the property owners, and maintaining properties to enhance the experience for tenants and give value to the owners. I have found the workers they hire for repairs and maintenance to be pleased with them too. They are dedicated, and reliable. They CARE.

I rented a house from Acorn for four years. They were really good to work with, friendly and understanding. Any time something broke, they fixed it right away. When we moved out we left the place really clean and got our deposit back.

Rented from Acorn for 18 months and was very satisfied with their service. Response to minor issues were prompt and a large appliance breakdown was remedied in less than 24 hours. The staff is professional and organized and very easy to deal with on a personal level. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a rental in Eugene.

Got a new place through Acorn Property Management today. I'm quite happy overall with my experience. They found a property that worked well for me & I'm excited to enjoy it this year. Initially there was a misunderstanding that was resolved quickly & fairly which I am very appreciative of :) Misty was super helpful & I definitely recommend Acorn Property

So, I've held back from writing a review for a few months. I applied, was approved and moved into one of their houses. I wanted our relationship to season a bit, to see how they truly were. I honestly have never liked my landlords. But I do Acorn. I feel ...I dunno...like a valued customer?!? It's strange, but they all actually seem to like their jobs, are always cheerful and helpful. Blew me away, which is why I've procrastinated. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never has. They are totally ruining my opinion of property managers. If your looking to rent, don't look any further. These guys are the real deal!



If anything changes, I will (of course) update this review. But for now, I am totally cool with Acorn. If anyone at Acorn reads this, keep up the good work. I can't tell you how good it feels to be treated as if you really care, and want my business. :)

By far one of the best property management companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very responsive to our needs, have a great after hour emergency program and are fair and honest. I like them so much that I recommended my mother to rent from them. I HIGHLY recommend!
