Absolute worst company to rent from!!! Beware when you move out!! Also make sure you take pictures, videos, and a copy of your move in checklist for your protection!! Oh wait that doesn’t work!! We got billed for almost 7k when we moved out! I have stamp dates videos and pictures of move in and move out and they say it’s not concrete evidence wtf?!?! The only thing I can’t find but will now dig is the move in checklist! We got charged for door jams that were stapled together, holes in spots they couldn’t see etc and have proof on video and pictures with it stamped the day they were taking and still charged us!! Sent us to collections and disputed twice and still no resolution! The owner of company won’t go on national television because he knows they are in the wrong!! We got accepted to be on a national judge show, they contacted owner and he declined. Didn’t want to show the world how shady they really are!!! DO NOT RENT FROM ACORN UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO!!! They will kill your bank account and credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just want to say thank you, for returning your business calls in a timely fashion. I've been looking for a rental for almost two weeks, and you're the first Prop Mgt company that has been helpful with info and a friendly voice(Alicia).

We have had excellent service from Acorn PM ever since we switched management companies. Every person on the team is capable and helpful. As out of state owners, we feel our investment properties are in the best of hands.

I would absolutely recommend working with Acorn Property Management; during a search for a new place to live I came across many other Property Companies in town and they all seemed to have no care or concern for the look of the place for rent. In fact one local company had homeless squatters and the company didn't care.

In contrast, Acorn's properties always looked clean, in good shape, & no debris inside or outside. The owner if very personable and willing to work with owners to get both tenant and owner needs/wants met.

I find they answer quickly to any maintenance issues, allow pets of varies sizes, and I had no bad interactions with the staff. There is also a wide selection of properties with a wide arrangement of rent allowing for all types of situations.

I am a big supporter of going local and I encourage you to give them a shot if you are looking for a new place to rent!

As out-of-state owners of two rental houses in Eugene, we signed on with Acorn Property Management in mid-2014. It was at the recommendation of our Realtor, who also has campus rentals managed by Acorn. Prior to the switch, we had our properties managed by a different management company for several years. What a difference! While that company was good in the beginning, the service began to decline rapidly and we went 6 months without tenants in our properties. But that is another review. ACORN has saved the day and we are so grateful.

I am quite impressed with Acorn Property Management! I have moved a few ties and have found that almost every property management company I have dealt with have been unprofessional, impolite and unfriendly. Acorn is the complete opposite of this!

Misty was professional and patient in answering all my questions. They worked with me on all the details to make the rental agreement fit my needs and where polite an courteous the entire time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work Acorn!
