I had an accident and had to have rotator cuff surgery and Dr. Twombly was essential in my recovery. I was seeing a different PT when I started seeing him and his methods were top notch and outside the norm. He even recommended some dietary things to help with my overall physical and emotional well being! I was very impressed! Thanks Dr. Matt!

The staff of Village Family Practice Physical Therapy has always been professional and friendly. They answer my questions, they explain why I am doing exercises pertaining to my injury, they are attentive to how I perform these exercises and what I should be doing at home. It is always an enjoyable experience despite the reason why I am there. My treatment at Village Family Practice Physical Therapy motivates me to continue these exercises at home. I have only good things to say about each and everyone of these fine people. They care.
Been in a accident or maybe hurt on the job? Northwest Clinic is the place to be for physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments.
I was referred to Med Center Therapy by my primary care physician for chronic back pain in February 2014. Med Center Therapy called me and confirmed that they were in-network for my insurance and that based on my policy, my visits would be covered 80% and I would only be responsible for paying 20% of the cost. After continued visits of paying my quoted 20% each time, in late April 2014, I was contacted by my insurance saying that Med Center Therapy was, in fact, OUT-of-network, and that I was responsible for paying 100% of the costs for all of my visits. When I contacted Med Center Therapy, the worker who had confirmed my in-network coverage over the phone in February was conveniently no longer working there, and any notes that were made about that phone call confirmation were gone, placing the impossible burden of proof on me. Rocio, the new person in charge of billing at Med Center, seemed to imply that I was making it up, but in that case, why was I only being held responsible for 20% every visit, until some sudden change in April? Because of a HUGE mistake on the part of their staff, Med Center Therapy is now holding me responsible for thousands of dollars in medical bills that I, as a college student, cannot afford. Obviously, had I been made aware that they were OUT-of-network, I never would have gone. The doctor's office even confirmed with me that each time I checked out for a visit, they would have to verify my coverage, meaning that either I WAS in-network the entire time (which would explain my paying only 20% each time), or that each time I visited, they were aware that I was out-of-network and were NOT letting me know! On top of that, they continue to refuse responsibility and attempt to cover up their mistakes. This only proves that Med Center Therapy is a shady business that will not support its customers. Do not patronize Med Center Therapy, they WILL screw you over! There are other instances of customer and employee complaints, just Google it!
WORST customer service you will even find. Staff not helpful at all, also you have to schedule your appointments A MONTH in advance. Absolutely wold not recommend to anyone
I'm a huge fan of this place! I have been to see Dr. Jensen numerous times, for a back injury, a knee injury, and even a cyst in my wrist. For each incident, he was able to get me back to 100% without any surgery or other drastic measures. I brought my one-year old child to see Dr. Baxter when she fractured her ankle, and the staff was extremely caring and made the whole experience fun and not scary at all for my little girl. She had a cast but was back on her feet within 2 weeks. She has had great strength ever since!
This is a recently opened massage business on Westheimer run by Lilly, a Thai lady, one of the most genuinely nicest people I've the pleasure of meeting in the years I've been getting massages in Houston. She just now opened her own shop after several years at another highly rated shop here in Houston. I was a client of her's at her previous shop for the last 3 to 4 years. Obviously her massages are excellent or I wouldn't have followed this lady from her previous employer. She is excellent at her craft of massage. She knows and is competent in many massage modalities. Personally I've tried several massages; Swedish, Thai, Lomi-Lomi and have settled on one they call Fusion Massage which incorporates elements from several modalities, very relaxing. Lilly and her staff excel equally well at relaxation or deep tissue hard massages.I am impressed with the new facility on Westheimer. It is beautifully decorated and a quality facility. Nothing cheap feeling at this new location. It has that extra atmosphere which adds a special element making the occasion so very relaxing. Women and men should feel equally at comfort here. A plus for me is the fact it is a massage only shop and I don't have to walk in past a bunch of women getting their hair or nails done. (A guy thing.)Also it has a very nice quality shower facility. If you enjoy an excellent massage, relaxing atmosphere, and a personable therapist I just can't imagine Reela Thai not becoming your new favorite place for massage. I hate to come off as going overboard but I've wasted too much time and money on poor massages to not to get excited about a place I get value and service and where I get a sense of genuine welcome the minute I walk in the door.
Reela Thai Therapy Center is a very beautifully designed and relaxing place for an excellent massage. The therapist s are highly skilled in many different massage techniques . The therapists greet you with a warm welcome and explain the different types of massage for you. After massage you will feel like a new person. Relaxed and revitilized. I would recommend Reela as the best place to go for a massage.
I was referred to aquatic therapy for my chronic back pains. My doctor thought it would be best because it is non weight bearing. I must say that the staff is amazing. The therapists and office staff are very friendly. The owner on the other hand is a terrible person. He is rude to his staff as well as patients. I saw him yelling (cursing) at his employees. I really enjoyed the therapists (especially Holly) I just wish that they would work somewhere where they are appreciated. I would not want to support the terrible man who owns this place.
This place is great. I go in for physical therapy and they are very friendly and my back pain as all but diminished.
