I have reviewed our records for more than 2 months prior to the posting of this review and can find no customer that I can imagine during that time period to have been unhappy. I wonder whether the poster has our business confused with somebody else. We are a family business with an extremely strong commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction. We will also go to unusual lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. All work is tested to ensure that the best results possible have been achieved. If this is indeed one of our customers, we are happy to talk with the customer and see whether something can be done to better ensure customer satisfaction.
