Great customer service! They were accommodating with my busy work schedule and managed to arrange a last-minute, same day delivery. Both the lady I spoke with on the phone and the man who delivered my oven were professional, helpful, and efficient.

Very poor business. They delivered a refrigerator to a newly flipped, beautiful home, severely damaging the doorframe. The owners/delivery men were extremely rude to the homeowner, and also left without hooking up the refrigerator. After they left, the homeowner discovered that the refrigerator was infested with cockroaches. The home will have to be exterminated at the homeowner's expense before it can be lived in. Deplorable business practices on all levels. I am disgusted that this company is in business.

We took our fridge that was not cooling properly here for repair. While they are very reasonable at $25 + parts for repair, the quality of repair service is questionable. The fridge and freezer are still running at the same temperatures after they delivered it back to us. We tried to contact the company the very next week but they were on vacation and it was the week before 4th of July. I have purchased a washer from them previously which still works well after 2 years, but their customer service and repair quality are not what we expected.
