These guys fixed my laptop. Took it there Tuesday and had it back Wednesday night. Amazing service fun and entertaining workers

I spilt coffee on my laptop, went blank ,went to a big name computer dealer, they wanted $150.00 to open and examine damage, and $150.00 an hr to fix + parts..was told it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop... I bought one, $320.00 on sale,....Friend told me about P & P Computers and Games @ 955 W. Wise Rd. Schaumburg Il.60193 Call 224-353.6438...Went there to see if they could do anything for old one...They inspected, cleaned ,adjusted, installed a new key board, re- installed Windows 7, and Office2007, ALL for UNDER $200.00,.....They did a EXCELLENT JOB , They are knowlegable in all aspects of electronics, and are very nice people. I would highly reconmend P & P to anyone..Im using my re built laptop to write this......Thank You P & P........John R. Dahl

Fixed my ylod for my ps3 and it broke again a little over a month later. Very disappointing.

rrod fix olny last 60 days if that... I called back the computer place and I was told we cant do anything it's past 30 days... they offered to fix it again and charge me again....Watch out.... airfix is only temporarily.. not worth the 50 bucks that I spent..

fixed my PS3 in only a couple of days. also charged me 60$ then Sony wanted to charge me. Only problem was stopped working again. but took it back and they fixed it for me and haven't had a problem since

Pavel and staff could not have been better. They fixed our XBox 360 red ring of death and replaced a disk drive on another console for us in short time and with incredible care. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to find old fashioned customer service and expertice. Kudos to Pavel and staff and I wish you much success. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

They fixed the problem with my PS3 not reading discs in less than an hour and the staff was very friendly. I also called the next day with a video setting configuration problem and they helped me correct it over the phone. I greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.
