Y'all are overreacting. I went to this joint last night and it exceeded my expectations. $10 is not a lot for a burger this size and quality. One order of fries is about $4 a little pricey but they give you a ton (I was able to split one order with my boyfriend and we were both satisfied) and they are crisped to perfection. You just need to keep in mind that this place isnt a fast food joint so expect to pay about as much (maybe even less) than if you were going to a Fudruckers or Johnny Rockets...If price is your only complaint, I suggest you bring yourself to an in in out.
My daughter and I ate here recently while on a trip to SF. The food was good as always. However, the soda machine was apparently down so they did not have any drinks including water unless you bought a bottled drink at normal price not the price of fountain. They also would not provide a cup of water from their sink saying management didn't want them to give that out! Of course they don't....they want us to pay for a bottle.
Delivery, they asked how i wanted my burger cooked, i said well done and i got it rare-$ 13.00 burger and i couldn't eat it. I called and told them and they wouldn't make it right. Ordered my shake thick and it was completely melted, they were located only 1/2 mile from my motel. Never again will they get my business.
W is the hottest, hippest of chain hotels around. The one in SF has rooms with DVD players, CD players and bay windows in most rooms, along with the most comfotable bed and comforter known to man. Service is great and they have board games in the lounge.
Super duper burgers are just that! Old style juice running down your arm. Killer garlic fries. Fresh salad with lots of veggies. Will be back
A great quick and fresh Mexican stop. I always get chicken tacos and chips and guac. I have to say these are some of my favorite chips.
Very nice like all W hotels. Ultra modern and hip place to stay. Centrally located. Great bar. Easy to get taxi and metro if you need.
