Really cool and relaxing atmosphere! Went there to get a manicure w/ nail art and enjoyed a relaxing hour under their care. Would have loved to stayed for a pedicure or more!

I went to Thi Spa because a friend recommended it. I must say the service was great! Sally was the girl who did my nails, she did a very neat and detailed work (most places kind of do a so so job neither great or bad). I was extremely happy :-) I give it five stars. The place is very welcoming and the energy is good. I think next time In will get a facial :)

First impression, dirty. Front desk clerk was on his phone when I walked in, spent most of my time there checking his email. Worst manicure I've ever experienced. Told the tech that was doing the manicure that it didn't look right, she did nothing. Told the front desk the manicure was off, he says he knew (why didn't he stop the manicure so it could be done correctly) and then acts surprised when I'm not satisfied. Asked to speak with a manager or owner, was told there wasn't one at the salon, come to find out later, she was there. Took over an hour for a manicure that had to be redone immediately. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, he asked me to return another time, I told him clearly I would not be back and this is when he got nasty. You shouldn't have to argue and beg to get a service that you waited and paid for. Owner claims she refunded my money, funny, the charge is still on my card. Save yourself a total headache and horrible experience and go some where else.

The customer service is poor. I cannot position my hand in the typical position due to a disability and they were not kind or accommodating and started making excuses for why they would not be able to do my nails. The first few times I went the women there took good care of me, so I know it is possible, but the guys there just don’t care. If you believe in equal access for all, don’t go to Andy’s.

Three weeks into my shellac french manicure and everything is perfectly gorgeous (except obviously at my cuticles where my nails have grown.) Just a review to say how awesome this place is. Workers - keep up the good work!!!

Decided to give this place another shot and had great return customer service! My tech was fantastic. The pedi took a quarter of the time and my nails are just the way I like them. Would definitely recommend on return visit!!

I absolutely love this place. The employees are awesome, the atmosphere is friendly and very clean .... The prices are good and the techs know their stuff! Shout out to them for running such a wonderful establishments. The employees are happy there and it shows in their efforts. My favorite salon by far!

Wow !!!! Not only was it cheap , but I had my full set done within 30 minutes of my arrival . The quickness and the cheapness had me a little iffy , but when she was finished I was astonished ! This was my first time here and I'm absolutely 100% satisfied . This will now be my new salon . I'll be seeing you again in two weeks :)
