I've never had such a dedicated salesman as Hyrum Strong. As someone that shops around a lot to make sure I get the best deal possible, let me assure you that Hyrum will do everything in his power to get you an amazing deal. Which is made possible by all the rebates that Ken Garff is willing to do. I was sold on Hyundai (especially the Elantras) in 2010 when I did months of research to find out what would be the best car for me. Elantras have won numerous awards for safety and just generally being amazing vehicles. I learned back then that Hyundai's are generally less expensive to repair than, say, the Honda I had been tempted by. They're incredibly reliable. I put 70,000 miles on my 2010, and never had to do any repairs. At an average of 32 miles per gallon, you're only really going to beat the fuel economy by going hybrid (which you could get a hybrid Sonata, by the way). What I didn't realize when I meandered onto the lot was how much Elantras have changed in the four years since I bought my first. Hyrum was very well educated on the new features that Hyundai has adopted. But it wasn't just that which made Hyrum an excellent person to work with, it was the fact that he listened. When I explained that I suck at backing up, he responded by showing me the upgrade from the base model that has a back up camera. When I said I didn't need certain features, we moved on to the car that had what I'd asked for. I don't like being sold things I don't need, and I didn't need to ever explain that to Hyrum. He taught me the pros and cons of features instead of just proclaiming that I needed it all. I don't think I need to go off on all of the features Hyundai has added (since Hyrum can do that for you). I would like to mention, though, that Hyrum taught me how to use the features. Instead of just saying "The new Elantras have Shiftronic!" he explained to me what it was. I think we've all had experiences with salespeople that didn't really know much about the product. I had the opposite experience with Hyrum, he knew about each of the features and was able to point them out on our test drive. Having said all this, I have one final word of praise to give Hyrum. Patience. He had to wait for me as I called my dad, then my mom, then my brother, then my brother in law.... and then wait for my mom to arrive on the scene with the intent (which she admitted immediately) of talking me out of buying a new car. A typical salesman would try to get me away from my mom, the dissenter. Or they would have warped things to be in their favor. But Hyrum showed that he truly wanted what was best for me. He could see that I had the situation handled and didn't try to get in between us, and offered help when I needed it. And in the end... my mom agreed it was the best decision to make. She even offered me money to help out with buying the car. A good salesman is looking out for you, making sure that you're pleased, not only with the experience, but with the result. Hyrum has made sure that I'm taken care of. When I've had questions about the car, he's been more than happy to answer them. I am in love with my car, and Ken Garff Hyundai has made a life long customer.

Overall very happy with the buying experience. We visited 4 dealerships, some of them multiple times, looking at a variety of makes and models. Matt Wilson was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable and personable sales person we encountered. Within about 60 seconds of meeting us he had used a few key questions to identify exactly the trim we would want and quickly got us test driving. He made the experience fun and answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction. We told him we didn't plan to purchase for another month. Matt checked in with us regularly via email to let us know he was available to answer an new questions that might come up. He made sure to let us know he was not wanting to pressure us in any way, and asked if the amount of contact felt appropriate. What a contrast to the other dealerships that sent a single email or text to say thanks for coming in (or in one case did nothing at all), and never followed up in any personal way that made us feel they really wanted our business. It was clear that Matt knows and loves the cars, and knows and loves working with people. We were very grateful to get him as our salesperson, and immediately felt loyal to him. Karen Burns in finance also was a pleasure to work with and made the money part of the experience feel smooth and comfortable. You guys have a great team, and I would definitely recommend the experience to a friend.

I bought my BMW from them. It drives like a dream! When I took it on a Test Drive I noticed that the spark plug light was on. I decided to buy the car. In the contract they said that after service dept. looks at car If they see they need replacing they will do so. It has been 7 months since I bought the car, during that time I only put maybe 2,000 miles. This month I put a long drive on the car out to Oregon. I started having a lot of issues with the car. Mostly just small things. One of the problems was the spark plug light and also ma misfire. The shop showed me the plugs and said they need replacing. I was hmm, I guess the service guys did not change them. After a call back to Ken Garff Hyundai, I spoke to the main guy, and guess what; he is making good and paying to have them to be replaced!!! Yea they didnt do it the first time and they could of told me to kick rocks its been 7 months. This is why customer service is top notch here. Thanks guys!!!

When I saw her car and how nice of a job they did for her I considered having one put on my BMW. However, I waited a couple months and “of course” I ended up in a situation where I had to have major repairs done ot my car due to a gravel truck dropping gravel out on the freeway and pelting my car so much that it cost almost $6,000 to fix!! So when the repairs were complete I drove it straight to ClearBra. The experience was awesome! Dan and John were so great to work with and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. They also are so good about customer service that I was told to come back in a month and have them look it over just in case any adjustments or anything needed to be made… Seriously?? I thought that was so cool and very unlike what I usually get these days for customer service. Thanks again!!

Recently while driving through...

Recently while driving through Salt Lake City in my motorhome enroute to Seattle from Phoenix, the transmission failed..of course it was cold, rainy and getting dark..not a great introduction to Salt Lake...but I found Peri and Affordable Transmissions online, gave him a call and he personnally came and picked me and my broke motorhome a ride to the shop....The price quoted was the best I found, the service was top knotch...in fact they worked until 11 pm to get me back on the road..Now that is going above and beyond!! Peri allowed me to stay in my motorhome both nights so I saved on hotel cost, the tow in was free and the base price quoted was honored. Its good to know there are still people out there that have pride in their work and place the customer at the top of their priorities....You are lucky Salt Lake to have Affordable Transmissions available to fix your auto and get you back on the road.....

D Dahle Mazda is the best dealership I have ever worked with. All of the salesmen are so helpful and knowledgable about all their cars, and always willing to do whatever it takes to get their customers a car that fits their personal and financial needs. The building is very clean, and the front desk receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to work with Matt Rosner when buying my car, and he was willing to stay late to meet with me, he was very knowledgable about all of the cars we looked at, and didn't make me feel pressured or bullied like other dealerships tend to do. He showed me that Mazdas are great, safe, family-friendly cars with qualities I wouldn't be able to find in another vehicle. I am extremely impressed wit D Dahle Mazda and everyone who works there. I won't ever go anywhere else to buy a car, and appreciate all of the pressure-free help I received.

I just purchased a set of the new BFG KO 2s from these guys. I was calling around shopping prices for the KO2 and I called Quality and my call was answered by Steve. He was very knowledgeable about the KO2 and offered me a great price. I decided to go with Quality because they seemed to know more about this tire than any of the other dealers I called. I'm glad I found these guys! They seem to do a lot of tire work for semi trucks but they seem to know a lot about pickup tires also. They installed my tires quickly and even gave me a free alignment check. They told me my alignment was fine and they didn't try to pressure me into getting an alignment I didn't need. They also made sure my TPMS sensors were reset after the new tires were installed. The free fountain drinks in there waiting room was a nice bonus! Thanks again Steve for taking such good care of me and my truck!

I have been taking my vehicles here for a few years for major to minor fixes like transmission issues, leaks, tune up, shocks, brakes, Including awesome prices on Emission and Inspection/ registration renewals and I have never ever had an issue. The other day I went in with a engine issue and I am always pleasantly surprised with how reasonable and honest his prices and labor fees are $. I got a call that same night and was told the problem is a simple fix and about $50 later I was on my way. I have spoken with the owner several times regarding how fair his labor rates and labor times are, AS a customer I can say that this hard worker and mechanic shop is more than fair and honest with quality work. I came to this shop because I read all the good reviews online about them, and I'm so glad I did. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. They were really good about calling to give me car updates. When we hit a bump in plans and found out that the parts were going to take extra time to come in (I wouldn't have a way to my job for a couple days), they worked with me and even offered to pay for a rental car. They really work with you to make sure you are satisfied! This is a very fair place to get your car fixed and they really care about their customers. It also doesn't hurt that they have the fairest prices ;). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their car and themselves to be treated with highest care at the best value in the area!

Perfect!!!

I went to D. Dahle Mazda, and had the greatest time buying a car I have ever had. The process was quick and painless. They offered me a great buy on a New Mazda, great financing, and great service. My salesperson Chris was very helpful, and easy to work with. The manager Troy came out to the desk and offered me a great deal, none of that back and forth run around you find at all dealership's. I went in to the finance office and met Dave. He was very easy going and made the scary part of buying a car very relaxed and fun. I was in and out inside a hour and a half. I love my new Mazda and will tell everyone I know to buy a Mazda, and to buy it at D. Dahle Mazda. Perfect!!!
