Attempted to contact Ken Garff Mitsubishi located at 150 E 500 S. It apparently does not exist. The given phone number directed me to Salt Lake Mitsubishi at 3734 South State Street. Why Ken Garff would post erroneous information is a mystery. It does not inspire confidence in their operation.
Best car purchasing experience ever! Dave and Dax worked a trade-in and a purchase for us and they took care of us like we mattered to them. Great customer service! Great follow up with our questions. Never felt pressured and when it came down to what we needed, they worked for us. I’ll buy from them again- for sure.

Just finished purchasing our new car at Strong VW in Salt Lake. We worked with Matt, and he was incredibly helpful and patient. I very much appreciated his no pressure approach to car sales. I would definitely contact Matt again in the future if we need another VW. Overall, very happy with the experience at Strong, as everyone was polite and the new showroom was very well done. Would definitely recommend.
Stay as far away from this place as possible. Tom will berate you if things don't work out exactly as he wants them to. He is the epitome of used car salesman. If you ask to take the car to a independent mechanic he will berate you. How dare you want to actually make sure that the car you are about to buy isn't a lemon? Also, be warned that if you communicate with him through text he will likely make derogatory comments towards you. He definitely knows a lot about customer service.
Love going to this place for service and parts. Good selection and good pricing. Location is easy to get to and personell are very helpful. Love looking around at their new Crestliner and Ranger fishing boats. If I ever buy a new boat I will definitely consider buying here. Great people to work with..fun place to visit..
Service department was terrible. I had five recalls on my vehicle which needed to be done. I was told it would be a half day appointment to do all the work. I dropped off my truck at 8am. By 4pm that day nobody had called or updated me on the progress of my vehicle. I called them and found out that they didn't have all the parts after all for the "four" (???) recalls. There were five recalls that were supposed to be addressed. They said they were also only aware of 4 of the 5 recalls even though their original email stated 5 recalls and listed them. They were only able to finish one of the five recalls that day. I got a call a few days later about my appointment from Courtnie. I told her of the issues I had and she said she would call me back or have a manager call me. They never returned my calls. Maybe they are "listening" like their ads say, but that's about all they've done so far. After weeks of not getting called back, even after calling them, I was finally able to catch them on the phone and get my truck in to have the recalls finished. The day after recalls were done, I was cleaning out my truck so some friends could use it for moving, and I found covers, rivets, caps, padding, and broken pieces hidden under some cloths I had in there. These were things removed and broken during the service work performed, hidden, and not put back. So now I have to take my truck in a 3rd time for them to put everything back together? I was told half a day initially. Now it's turned into two full days plus however long to get the broken pieces replaced. This is unacceptable. But wait! The story continues! After months, they still haven't replaced the pieces they broke. What's more, they don't even do all the work that their however-many-point inspection states. For example, as given by the service manager, they don't actually check the cabin air filter even though it's on their inspection list. They guess its condition by using the condition of the air filter in the engine.
I live in Arizona. On 9/15/2017 I was dealing on the phone and email with this company to purchase a 2016 Ram 3500 Lariat Longhorn truck with fewer than 3000 miles. I had worked out a verbal agreement with Luis Tapia, salesman, and his supervisor on the phone at the same time, to purchase this truck for $55400, plus document fees and Utah temporary license fees, and no other fees. When I hung up we had a deal, and Mr Tapia was to email to me a memorandum of understanding. I never received this email, so I called him today, 9/16/2017; he informed me that the company sold the vehicle to another customer on site, after making the deal with me. To me this behavior is indicative of many bad things: lying, lack of ethics, dishonesty. I believe anyone who contemplates doing business with them in the future is taking a big risk. They are not trustworthy.
scammers. I bought a car from them with a clean title and one "incident" on the carfax report. Fast forward a couple years later when trying to sell the car, turns out the car was reported as a "total" loss in another state before I bought it, but it wasn't reported on the Carfax until months after I bought it. I've had constant body and engine problems since I bought it. I paid them at least twice the value of the car they actually sold me and now I'm not able to sell it with the bad carfax. Just don't waste your time even looking with these people.
I used their online website to order a 2017 Ronix wakeboard. After placing my order, a man called me telling me he wanted to confirm my order because they were having problems with stolen credit cards. Few hours later, I received fraud notifications from my bank that my card had been used for purchases, totaling in a large amount. I sent an email & left a voicemail for the company to contact me. The bank told me there was no security certificate on the website, which can result in info being stolen. It was too ironic they called me telling me they were dealing with stolen credit cards, & mine gets stolen hours later. The next day, no one from Marine Products called me so I called again & asked for the same man who called me the day before. When he got on the phone & I began explaining what happened, he yelled at me & told me he didn't appreciate me accusing him of stealing my card (which I never once said to him). Then he tells me he's canceling my order & canceling my shipment. I call the company again & ask to speak to a manager. The receptionist took down my info, but still no phone call from anyone. I have no idea if my board is coming now, even though my bank told me that Marine Products had processed & received payment already. I call a third time & get a manager. He confirms my board was canceled from shipping. You just had a first time customer get yelled at by an employee, who is now dealing with disputed purchases on her bank card which coincidently was only used on your website that day, has had her bankcard shut down, is missing a significant amount of money, now has to wait for her "wakeboard money" to come back to her back account from you in 3-5 business days before she can buy a new one and all they do is offer is 10% off to ship me the same board when it comes back from UPS in a few days, using my credit card that I know longer have access to. Literally, he tells me he'll take my card information and process the order for me again. Unbelievable.
