      Overall

      Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They seem to feel they are doing you a favor by letting you do business with them. Misdiagnosed an eye condition. Refused to renew a simple eyeglasses (not contacts) prescription that expired two days previous and caused me great inconvenience and expense. Stay away.
