All three movers were awesome! Very respectful men and did exactly what I asked. They made moving easy. I highly recommend Sutherland!

Beware! These movers are horrible. They do not care about your things. Break things and keep moving. Lazy and dirty too. Broke tons of our things.

Wouldn't recommend ever. No matter what...do not use this company

Hired Sutherland movers for a short move. Long story short they are very rough with furniture causing damage both to your furniture and to the property you are leaving and the one you are moving into. Informed movers of damage to flooring when it happened, got shrugged off. Called office the next week and informed them. They said they would sent someone out at 10am the next morning. Nobody showed. Called office back and they said they asked me to bring a list of damaged items to the office. I think they got me mixed up with another move they damaged. Anyway did list and took it to the office and they said they would take a look and call me back the same day. Still waiting on that call a week later. Have left two voice mails since with no return call. We are over a month out now with no resolution. Have pictures of damage and more details on the awful service but will leave it at this because I think it should convince you not to use them.
