        Hi, I am LaRhonda Thornton with Capital Life Homes. I am a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, and most recently as a North Carolina licensed real estate investor. With an academic background in Business Management and my total commitment to improving the overall quality of life, it is my goal to help individuals mitigate financial risk by implementing strategies that will best suit their needs – at an affordable cost. In 2020 and at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic the world changed almost overnight. And we needed to adapt quickly in order to adhere to our “new normal” so that we were able to thrive. With that, a few majorly important takeaways were at the forefront of consideration: the exponential death rate, loss of income, and renters became homeowners. This primary resulted in employees having the opportunity to buy properties in more rural areas since they no longer had to commute. According to the Census Bureau data, “the number of homeowners increased by an estimated 2.1. million…” Taking these widespread life event changes into account, and the aspiration to improve lives, Capital Life Homes, LLC was established.
