I had a great experience while shopping for new transportation. My Sales Associate was Marvin Camper and he was very helpful in my search. When I first considered purchasing a new vehicle, I was set on purchasing a Kia Sorento. However, Mr. Camper had me do a comparison of the Kia to the Honda CR-V and I was impressed.
He highlighted all of the features when I went for my test drive and was very patient. He was also polite and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Neil Jones assisted us and was easy to work with. Everything was explained and there wasn't a lot of waiting around. I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle because of the amount I still owed on my car but he didn't try to convince me to agree to an outrageous payment I couldn't afford. Not pushy or aggressive at all.

We have always been happy with Leith Honda in Raleigh. Every new car we have ever purchased has come from Leith. Our recent experience was enjoyable as always - the dealership was clean and comfortable.
April 26 we drove onto the lot to 'just take a look around.' We were immediately greeted by Jesus (sounds like ""Hay Soos"") Villeta. This young salesman has all of the stellar qualities you could want in a sales professional. Jesus answered all of our questions courteously and professionally. (I'm an old granny but I'd be proud of him if he was my grandson! And there aren't a lot of young men about whom I could say that!)
Jesus did not try to 'up-sell' us or mislead us in any way. He allowed us time to look at everything we wanted to see, since we had gone in 'just to take a look around.' Jesus allowed BOTH of us to test drive the 2012 Accord. By the way, it is an absolute dream. We did not experience any of the 'back to my manager - back to you - back to my manager...' headaches! Jesus & Leith Honda gave us a VERY good deal and provided excellent financing.

We recently purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring from Leith Honda. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Our salesman was Doug and he was fantastic. The dealership was clean, comfortable and child-friendly. They even had an expresso machine that was delightful! Leith Honda gave a great price for our trade-in, we worked together to get a good price but it was NOT the typical run-around and haggling that you would expect at a dealership. My husband and I left very happy with a vehicle that was good for us and our children. The Honda Pilot is unbelievable! My husband is 6'4, we have 2 little ones in car seats and we have PLENTY of space. The bells and whistles are amazing, it more than exceeded our expectations.

I had to have my back passenger door handle replaced on my Honda Accord. DO NOT ASSUME that Leith Honda will refasten/relatch your child car seats after taking them out, EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE THEY PUT THE CAR SEATS back IN THE SAME POSITION!! Both my children could have had serious injuries due to Leith's neglegance. I have two car seats in the back of the car, one infant seat holder for my 10 month old and one larger front facing seat for my 3 year old. After picking up my car from Leith Honda, I picked up my kids from daycare and put them in the back in their car seats (which were in the EXACT same position they always were. As soon as I got to the first stoplight and stopped, my 3 year old's went flying forward headfirst into my seat. She was startled and upset that her seat was moving. When I pulled over to the side of the road so my husband and I could inspect the carseat closer, I noticed upon closer inspection that the car seat had not been hooked back up again. My husband fixed this immediately. I had then asked him to check the infant car seat base holder as well. Even though the other back passenger door did not need to be fixed and I felt there would have been no need for Leith to take out the baby car seat, I am SO glad that I asked my husband to check. Again, Leith took out the baby carseat base and just put it back in the same postion WITHOUT readjusting the proper straps. We immediately went back to Leith Honda and talked with one of the service supervisors. The service advisor told us it is not their policy to relatch the car seats. My point to them was that NOONE told me (either verbally or in writing) that Leith does not put car seats back to their original LATCHED position. However, the service advisor from Leith told me verbally and in writing about all the non-essential repairs that they feel my car needs and that I did not ask for, yet they can't put down in writing or verbally tell me that they only put the car seats back in place but DO NOT reattach them. I told the service manager this is the type of neglegance that can cause fatal accidents. I told him that they need to have a policy to TELL PEOPLE that they do not rehook the car seat and not just put the car seat back in the same position without rehooking the seat. The average person would not look that closely since by ""appearances"" both seats were in their normal position. All I got back was that they would take my advice under consideration. I have no issues if they don't want to put the car seat back, but TELL THE CUSTOMER verbally and in writing. Don't just put the car seats in their original position without rehooking them and not tell anyone. I can not tell you how much my husband and I were P***** off at them. This is our kids safety we are talking about. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone since it is clear they take 0% of accountability and are not willing to work on improving their process. Even after talking with the General Manager, Todd Holmes, regarding this safety issue, Leith to this day refuses to change their policy. Leith Honda WILL NOT commit to notifying parents in writing and verbally telling them that they take out the car seats but only place them back into position WITHOUT attaching them. Leith does not care about the safety of your kids. If you take your car into Leith Honda you are putting your children's life at risk. It makes me wonder what other safety related issues they have that the consumer does not know about.

My husband and I recently visited Leith Honda in search of the right SUV. We dealt with Nahru Williams. Right away, we recognized that Nahru had unlimited expertise with the SUV we were interested in. Jessie was also very informative and very helpful. Nahru truly went the extra mile to ensure we were very satisfied with our purchase and that the vehicle was EXACTLY like we wanted it to be. Both Nahru and Jessie practiced perfection, which truly stood out as excellent salesmen. Even our finance guy was awesome!! Nahru was very patient and understanding. He genuinely cares about his customers and making them happy. We are beyond happy with our new Honda Pilot and are very thankful for Nahru and his professionalism and expertise. If we are ever in the market for another vehicle, Leith Honda will be the first place we visit and we'll ask for Nahru! Thanks Nahru!! What a great experience you made this for us!!! :)

My experience with Leith Honda on Capital Blvd. was a very pleasing experience. I had stopped in on August 13th looking possibly to trade in my Honda Accord. I was pleasently greeted by a salesman by the name of Marvin Camper. We did our introductions and spoke as to what I was in the market for. He patiently listened and took his time as we shopped the lot, agaIn shopping for my needs and wants not just any vehicle to put me in. Marvin was very knowledgeable on the type of vehicle I was looking for and shared that knowledge with me. Upon finding the vehicle that did fit my needs and wants, the next proccess of course probably the most stressful is the financing. It was a breeze. Marvin with his wonderful smile, was very patient and very detailed to avenues that could be taken. By saying that I did drive away with the vehicle that I had hoped for. I have to say that all salesmen greeted me with a smile and took the time to say more than just a hello. Hondas are rated a very high rating and Leith Honda with my experience would also be rated number one. Marvin Camper as long as he is employed with Leith Honda is not only my future salesman but is also now a friend. He has since followed up with me in regards to any questions or concerns I may have. Leith Honda was blessed when Marvin Camper walked thgrough the doors for employment.
I purchased a new Odyssey last week from Leith Honda, and I received the best service ever. Rahim Farhane had helped me out through the purchased he explained all the features on the car and made this experience unforgetable. If anyone wants a good service and a good price go see Rahim at Leith Honda in Raleigh.

Nahru Williams was an awesome salesman! He puts the customer first, even if it costs him a sale. He worked to get me the very best deal possible. Go see Nahru for your new Honda. He is very knowledgable on all the models. He is very easy to talk to and listens to what you want. I really enjoyed my experience at Leith Honda!

Frank Malfara was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. This is my fourth Honda and I recommend you go see Frank! He listened to me and was very patient while I debated between a Civic and a CRZ and then between white and blue..Lol He was fun to be around and was honest during the whole transaction which was very important to me. He was no nonsense and got the job done with a very satisfied and now loyal customer. Thank you Leith Honda and especially Frank Malfara!

I continue to be impressed with every facet of Leith Honda's business. I am a loyal service and sales customer and can't imagine going anywhere else. I recently purchased a 2011 Civic from them and worked with Eric Stewart. If you're in the market, it simply does not get any better than Eric. He's knowledgeable, isn't afraid to tell you his opinion, and truly works on your behalf when negotiating price. As long as I'm in Raleigh, I'll be buying my cars from Eric. If I had a gripe about anything, it's the purchase process, but I think that is certainly an industry-wide issue. From the time we agreed on price, it was at least two and a half hours until I walked away with a vehicle. There is SO much paper and procedure, it seems like the dealership industry has in no way embraced newer technology. But again, that's an industry problem, not necessarily a Leith problem. Go see Eric, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience at Leith Honda working with John Ellis. We visited several dealerships in the area and this was by far the best customer service we received. John was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made us feel comfortable right away and worked really hard to meet our needs. He was patient and friendly and displayed a good sense of humor. We are very happy with the Honda Odyssey we purchased from Leith. We highly recommend John Ellis to anyone interested in a Honda.

This dealer will under value your trade-in considerably. They quoted me $3000 under NADA average trade-in value. For the new car, they quote you a price and latter add on $398 documentary fee and $275 user fees (whatever these mean). They should just quoe you a price that includes both of these. These are indeed questionable sales practices. Also, they try to sell you considerably over-priced wax protection, fabric protection, extended warranty and anything else they can think of. After I purchased my Accord I didn't even get a courtesy call to see how I liked the vehicle.
I would stay clear of this dealership.

I have bought 15 cars in my life and never had an experience like this.
We met our sales person, Natalie, on June 30th after closing when we were browsing for a used Odyssey. She explained that they were closed but she was willing to work with us if we were serious about buying. She said they were 3 cars short for the month, so the manager would be willing to work miracles to move a car and we could probably get a Crazy deal. I was serious about buying and after hearing that I figured it would be worth staying and negotiating even though I was a little leery of buying an Odyssey again after problems with a new one I bought in 2000. She was very knowledgeable of the product and answered our questions. She had us fill out most of the paperwork before we even got a chance to test drive the van. After negotiating with them, the

The Honda Odyssey is quite possibly one of the most family mini-vans in the country right now. My brother had recently fathered a child soon after marrying his wife. Needless to say, it came to their immediate attention that Nissan's compact ""Versa"" vehicle, while nice on gas economy, may soon prove to be impracticable for their family's needs in the long run. He decided to test drive the brand new 2011 Honda ""Odyssey"" and see what all the fuss was about. I decided to tag along for the ride.
We went to a local Honda dealership on capital boulevard for a test drive. We walked away knowing more about the Honda Odyssey then we did our own cars. Our salesman was very out going and made us feel very comfortable. We were given a very positive impression of the dealership as a whole from the get go, and walked away with a very good idea of where we planned on getting our next car. You rock, Leith Honda!
My wife and I had a great experience with Nahru Williams at Leith Honda. He has a wealth of knowledge about his products and a thoroughly professional customer relations approach to his sales. My wife and I had test-driven some other cars at Leith over the past few months with two other salesmen, but they lacked either the knowledge or follow-through to feel good with pursuing a purchase. With Nehru, we felt all along that we were in experienced, professional hands, and are enjoying the Odyssey we just purchased. There is nothing we felt Nehru neglected to do, and several actions he undertook that were above and beyond.
