        Do NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. THE CARPET WAS CRAP WHEN WE MOVED IN AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR THE CARPET!!! RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF THE OLD MANAGER WAS AWESOME. THE ONE THAT JUDT GOT PROMOTED IS HORRIBLE. THE FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. OH AND THE UTILITIES ARE DIVIDED BY BUILDING SO IF THERE ISNT MANY IN YOUR BUILDING EXPEXT TO PAY HIGH UTILITIES. MY RENT WAS 1325 AND ALWAYS ENDED UP BEING OVER 1500 WITH ALL EXTRA FEES. PLEASE DONT RENT HERE!!!
