Avalon Park Apartments

The apartments on Gaylord street are TERRIBLE!!!!! They are also owned by the same people as the apartments on Jerry Murphy. Please do not live here! ESPECIALLY if you have children! We currently live here but are looking for a new place to live and the people next to us are doing the same thing. These apartments are in a bad part of town and so many things have gone wrong with the apartments it's ridiculous! There are fights outside, cops are called at least once a month, we have people who shoot fireworks out their window, our neighbors are always drunk and yelling, we've had someone come and set fire to a car right next to our bedroom, the apartments are not at all energy efficient (it's January and it hasn't been that cold and our gas bill this month is $88!!!!). This place is TERRIBLE!!!!
