I have been a patient at excel eye center for many years. I have always received wonderful care and attention from the staff.

I have seen five different doctors for a variety of reasons at Excel Eye Center. All the doctors have been very friendly and I feel like I have received excellent care from each one of them. I would highly recommend Excel to anyone with any eyecare needs.

I came to Provo to do a visual field and check the pressure in my eyes. I've never been a fan of the visual field test and and various tests on my eyes, but the great attitude of everyone at Excel made it a better experience and I trust the results they gave me as well.

Dr. Parson was kind and considerate. The techs were great and I foud the level of professionality refreshing.

It's been about 11 years since Dr. Loner performed my lasik eye surgery. The experience was fantastic, and I was floored at how quickly the results hit me. The next morning I took off my eye patches and I could see perfectly! Being able to eliminate contacts and glasses from my daily routine was seriously life changing. My only regret is that I didn't get the procedure done sooner. Thank you Excel for my new eyes!



Since I don't wear glasses or contacts anymore, I still get my sunglasses from Excel. Also, both of my parents have visited Dr. Engen in the Cosmetic Surgery Center for minor procedures, and my mother in law had the bags under her eyes removed and they've all had excellent experiences. I have a co-worker who went to his dermatologist for the same eye procedure and while his eyes turned out pretty well, he's pretty bummed he didn't know to visit Dr. Engen. His work is just fantastic.

My husband has hemophelia, so when he got hit in the eye with a baseball his eye swelled up so bad he couldn't get his eyelids open. Dr. Parsons was the on-call doctor and came in on a Sunday to take a look at him. I was so impressed by his bedside manner and the great interest he took in my husband's condition. We have been back to see him several times since the incident and have never been met with anything other than total professionalism and competence. I just love Dr. Parsons and all the staff at Excel Eye Center.

I had a great experience with Excel Eye Center! I had a short wait time and enjoyed trying on all the frames while I waited. Tanner was my tech and was very proficient in what he did while he was training a new tech. He was very friendly. Once I was in my room, Dr. Hatch came in very quickly and was thorough in my exam. He was very personable and remembered things we had talked about the last time I visited. He answered all my questions that I had and gave me his suggestions. Tanner again helped me order contacts and hooked me up with a free trial pair :) I was in and out in about an hour!

I was taken right back for my appointment. I saw Dr. Morris and Dr. Parsons and I was very impressed with both doctors. They both took their time with me and helped me to understand what they were doing and informed me of my eye condition.

Dr. Parsons is friendly and knowledgeable. His assistants were very efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain my eye condition with me.
