Not happy that they don't post the soup of the day options at least the day before. They usually have at least two offerings. It makes it difficult to order ahead of time for large work parties. Their loss as we just end up taking our business elsewhere.
I eat here all the time for breakfast and lunch! The soups are really good! They have a lot of options, even for people with diet restrictions!
Order got "lost" somehow. Ended up taking over 3 hours to arrive. When we called we got a customer service rep who was rude and totally unsympathetic for the fact that we had been waiting for hours to eat. And after all of that, we were FORCED to make a $12.50 tip - because a 15% gratuity is mandatory in the west side. Is it really a tip when you're forced to make it? I am just appalled.
