I eat at Pho Saigon and prefer it to places like Malay Satay Hut (That is no the same complex that Pho Saigon is who's service is arrogant to me, and the food there is expensive for very little served). I like noodle soup a lot, and I like shopping at Fubon Asian Market which is where Pho Saigon Noodle House is. Even though there are other good Pho restaurants near, it is very nice to just finish shopping and go next door for some really nice and delicious bowl of Won Ton or Combination Meat Noodle Soup. The service is good, and also the waiters remember myself and my wife.
Super Bowl, good food, reasonable price. I have experienced staff acting racist towards white customers when they have been busy by seating, serving, and giving otherwise preferential treatment to Asian customers. Not the best Pho in Portland, but good enough for me to come back.
Good Pho, but do not try other dishes. Have been disappointed with anything but the Pho. Prices are high, but service is usually good and Pho is better quality than some competitors. Decor is nice, seating is fairly open - you can take a date here!
Quality food and worth the price. Most appear to order pho, but they offer a variety of stir fried and specialty dishes. Oh BTW.. "Pho" is pronounce similar to "uh", instead of "oh"... Think ~"Phuh", not "Phoh"
Some of the best Pho in Portland... Only 2 soups/pho to choose from each day. So, look at the day's menu before your make the journey.. It can get very busy on the weekends and on occasion, they do run out..
The service was very good. I had hot tea & ice water while I waited. The food was excellent and the prices were great. You have to try Pho Dalat because I think this is the best Pho in Portland.
Family run and owned, same folks that operate Ha VL. Always clean, yummy food from cooks that take pride in their work. Make sure and check the menu, as they offer only a few dishes each day.
Everything ive had here has been very good. Its a Mom & Pop place with classic Vietnamese cuisine but intended for Americans. The #3 Cha Gio egg rolls are very good.
Service was good, prices were good. I had Chicken Pad Thai. It was just ok. My friend had salmon wrapped in banana leaves but it was dry and not overly impressed.
Very fresh soups and vegetables at a good price with great customer service for the whole family to enjoy
