Advanced Integrative Medicine was started by Dr. Kalpesh Patel as part of a joint medical and dental clinic with his wife, Dr. Shefali Patel (the dentist at Ivory Dental). Their unique office offers not only the latest technologies in the health industry, but also provides a relaxing spa-like environment for patients to experience health care in the most comfortable setting possible. Dr. Patel strongly believes that every patient deserves the best quality of medical care that is available today. Whether it is the amount of time he takes in getting to know a patients concerns or the highly individualized approach he takes to treating his patients, Dr. Kalpesh Patel is a physician that truly goes above and beyond to make his patients needs his top priority. Dr. Kalpesh Patel is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to receive his M.D. degree from Ross University. After completing his Internal Medicine residency at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, Illinois, he decided to make the Western Suburbs his home. As his way of giving back, Dr. Patel precepts nurse practitioner students. Dr. Patel was also named the 2014 Physician of the Year by the nursing staff of Copley Memorial Hospital.
