This vending machine company sold themselves to our company with the promise of better (and healthier) food choices, a cheaper bottled water option, etc. After sending our old vending machine company packing, these guys moved in. They sold utter lies. The selection is just about exactly the same (and certainly not healthier), and the only difference is that the costs are MUCH higher now (between 30-40%). For instance, items that used to be $0.60 are now $0.85, and items that used to be $0.95 are now $1.25. They don't sound like huge differences, but they add up, and percentage-wise, it's a HUGE cost increase.

Bottom line: they'll give you newer, prettier equipment, but it'll come at a significant cost increase to your employees. They will promise you things they have no intention of delivering. Huge rip-off and totally not worth it.
