Dr. Jeffrey Liva, a Board Certified physician and surgeon, specializes in all forms of occupational medicine. Dr. Liva provides medical services to individuals living in and around the Paramus, New Jersey area. At the facility, Dr. Liva offers many types of physical examinations including immigration exams, FAA medical exams, DOT exams, and executive health exams. He also gives travel immunizations and health consultations for people looking to travel abroad. Dr. Liva is a highly trained independent medical examiner (IME) licensed to perform examinations associated with workers’ compensation claims. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida in 1984. Then, he attended the University of Michigan, where he completed his residency in occupational medicine in 1998. During that time, Dr. Liva also received a degree in industrial health, which he now uses to help patients involved in work-related injuries.
