Orem Lock

My key broke inside the ignition of my car. The car was still running. I called them five minutes before closing and the employee named Jared told me he would wait for me to get there (it would be a 15 min drive). Jared and his co-workers waited and they were very friendly and nice. Being out of town from Florida, they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with a nice smile even though they could have closed their store and be home instead of working. They gave me advice about driving in Utah as the winter is approaching. I am very satisfied with their service. The best customer service I ever received in my life. Thank you guys for saving the day.
