        Don't trust this company to get anything done for you

        I will never use this company again. We gave a guy who works in the orem location named Chuck a sample of our floor so he could match it and get our floor repaired from a flood we had. Well, Chuck took FOREVER, and never even found a match for us, and LOST our only sample of our floor. Every time i called to check on it, he would give me the run-around. I was very annoyed, and unimpressed with the way this matter was delt with.
