I had my phone screen repaired by Pro Com in March. One of the great things offered with their repairs is a one year warranty on their parts. In June, the right third of my touch screen stopped responding. I took the phone back in, and they replaced it free of charge, as specified in their warranty. It's a great place to go for phone repairs from cracked screens to broken charger ports.

Got my cracked iPhone 5 screen fixed, and also my friend's Samsung Galaxy S3 charging port done in a couple of hours. First I couldn't find the place but was told it's next to Domino's and Starbucks coffee shop. Happy customers here :)
