O'Reilly Auto Parts

This was one of the worst O'Reillys I have ever been to. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who was trying to "help" me. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The so called "manager" (older female) was also rude and far from friendly. The people were not helpful and treated their customers very poorly. Very sad to say the least.

Rude and accused me of shoplifting.

I purchased $40 dollars in electrical parts for a project and bought everything I might need so I wouldn’t have to go back for more stuff. When I went back to the store to return the extra unopened items 2 weeks later, with the receipt, the clerk behind the counter suggested that I may have shoplifted the items I was returning. What! Really? From now on, I will drive the extra 3 minutes and go to the Napa store that is just east of the Ranger Station, and you should too.

I tried to call and see if they had a part for my car, the person answering the phone was not polite at all and was in fact rude, he answered the phone and I told him that I was looking for a part or my car, he had no reply, so there was an akward silence, then I told him the part and he interupted me mid-sentence and told me to wait on hold, without time to reply I was on hold, for four to five minutes, I waited and waited so I just hung up. I have been to this Schuck's before (Only when the North Bend Napa is closed, those guys are awesome!) and everytime I go in I am never greated or helped, when I go to the counter to get help it's like it's a mad dash to see who doesn't have to help the customer. Then when I finally get help the people are always rude and I walk out unpleased. Like shopping for auto parts isn't stressful enough already, these guys make it worse. Go to the Napa if you can, they are very helpful.
