        DO NOT USE customer satisfaction is not there goal!!!

        I had work done by these jokers and had overspray all over my car that had to be removed, tape lines where they stopped painting instead of bringing it to a seam, and painted over chips that I had paid for them to strip and repaint. Brought the car back a week after picking it up and was treated very cold (like it was my fault). When I returned to pick up my car the chip was still there and was told they are done with my car and not to bring it back (so much for there 3 year warranty). So if you want a bad job and to be treated like crap, go there and they will take good care of you!

        I would give them a -5 stars but there is no option for that

        Took my car here after a fender bender and had it back quickly and looking as good as new. Favorite auto body and repair shop in New Lenox

        I have always loved Probst Collision, every vehicle I've ever needed work on they have always done an amazing job!!! Great customer service always explained everything to me and never had a bad experience!!! They are a great family owned business that treats the customer the way they should!!! So thank you Probst Collision!!!
