Joe stuck in there on a couple really difficult jobs. He was super communicative and took the time to walk us through every step of the way. When everything was done I expected a bill like the national debt and he surprised us with a very reasonable total. Within months we had a number of nasty repairs needed and he continued to give top notch work and service. Frankly he had every chance to take advantage of us and I know other shops would have but he keeps being reasonable, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend J & L.
