They kept my machine for eight days and took my $50 to "diagnose" exactly what I told them was wrong with it in the first place. Then they gave it back to me and told me to ship it back to the manufacturer for repairs. If that repair is something this business doesn't do, that's fine, but tell customers that when they clearly state that they know what the problem is. What a sham.
