I got mugged by this store and my NIKON its been hostage there since June. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE Ive been. On June 26, I arrived in Miami and since I was going to stay there only 4 weeks, I went straight to this sh.. place in order to have my camera fix asap. The first manager that talked to me said that it was an easy thing to do and that the camera would be ready only on July 17. I told them would be away from Florida on that date but I would be back on July 29 and would pass by to pick it up. To make things faster, I stupidly decide to pay in advance more than $200. To make the story short, I was at the store on July 29, left the States without my NIKON, and they been lying to me since them. Today is August 13 and everyday someone new (they change managers more than I change my pants) promise me that the next day I will get my camera. I even found someone to bring it to me but obviously they didn't sent to that person on time. Can anyone help me? What shall I do? Sue them???

I am a professional photographer and for about 2-3 years I used them to create the photo gift items I offered. There is nothing personal about this company. You NEVER reach a real person when you call customer service, only a voicemail. And rarely did I ever get a returned phone call. When you email them you get a response days later. You cannot modify or cancel an order. They will not blind ship to customers for you. During the busy holiday season items sometimes (though not too often) arrived broken because "their shipping department wasn't packing things as carefully because they were so busy." They of course replaced the items, but it's unnecessary stress right at the brink of the holidays.Lastly, they offer double sided items (like luggage tags and porcelain ornaments) with no means of choosing a different image for the back. When I emailed customer service about this, they said the same image is printed on each side. What good is a luggage tag that can't have an address printed on the back???I will say that their items usually turned out quite nice as far as quality. And they do have the largest variety of items offered. But I'd rather pay a dollar or so more per item and work with a company who I picks up the phone when I call and will work with the customer, not against them.
You name it, and they can get a photograph on it. They have the products ready when you need them, even for last-minute occasions!
