I bought around 20 dollars in merchandise and when I tried to take it to my car was yelled by one of the cashiers that I couldn't take the cart out of the store. I told her it was a lot of items and that my car was far and the other cashier suggested I went to BJs and use one of their cars I had to walk to find a car to get my merchandise out. It's not right that customers like me who buy a lot be made difficult as if to be punished for buying a lot. It's not customer friendly. The manager was on a long personal call that could be heard from outside his office and is too good to go to the parking lot to retrieve the carts and customers, after arguing with the employees are told to bring back the car to the store. Most of the cashiers don't speak English making it difficult for customers who don't speak Spanish to communicate they never greet you but are good at scolding the customers who spend money and keep them employed. Unbelievable! I've been to stores in Central and North Florida where the cashiers tell you Welcome to Dollartree when you walk in. Not here. They are too good to do that.

This location is pretty crowded but they have decent prices. I like the fact that they have someone helping out in every department.

Don't go to this place. The owner stays drunk and is always having confrontations with his customers. I also believe there is some illegal actions taking place there.

The Store has not changed Items on shelf and the Price are not for the items The Manager they have Stephanie does not care if you bring it to her attention she says it is a vendor problem Think one of the undercover news stations needs to pay a visit to this location And check out there Scam going on over there.

Good variety of items at a great price

The merchandise is good, but the customer service is not. Make sure you NEVER have to return anything. Even with the receipt, the manager will find a reason to reject it and she'll get nasty on you. I'm not the only one this has happened to.

REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! I went into this store to buy my kid school supplies and I approached the cashier ROSA to ask her a question about some folders that were on sale and she was really rude and told me that the ones that were on sale were the $.50 so I checked and there was none so I came back and kindly asked her if there was someone who can help me because there was none that were $.50 and she just turned around and totally ignored me. Everyone in the line was shocked of how rude she was. She just chose to totally ignored me while I am standing there! And that's when I I told her that she shouldn't be working in costumer service because she is really RUDE! I will never go back to this store!

people that work there are very rude, I ask to use the bathroom for my daugther and the manger didnt want to give the keys because that every employee has a key and its not her fault they lost them, giving it to a customer I was very upset left everything behind bye bye
