The MNRS staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, understanding and accommodating. You feel as if you are a family member they strongly care about. If you need physical therapy, this is definitely the place to choose. It is a caring, friendly environment with professionals who help you get better. And, as a bonus, their facility is located on the first floor in an office complex with plenty of parking. The complex also has a traffic light which allows you easy access into and out of the complex. Thumbs up for MNRS! JGDM
I would like to send out a shout to all the ladies and gentlemen at MNRS who are the greatest people in the therapy healing business. They are all nonpareil in their field. They are also professional in manner and style. They welcome you to their offices on a first name basis while still treating you with respect. Although I can fill a page with superfluous platitudes, let me just add a big thank you for helping me and others and at the same time not treading on our dignity due to our age and maladies. Your parents and family's should be most proud of you. Kudos to Ariana, Nick,Argeo,Lina, Glendy,Nubia,Nora and Yahilin.Always Your Patient and friend,Hope Eileen Rios
I feel great! It is not often that I can brag about the services a business has rendered! I am very pleased in the manner this clinic and staff has taken care of myself and my parents. My parents are older now and consistently need special attention, which some doctors fail to provide.
The staff at Grove Physical Therapy definitely goes the extra mile for their patients! I love going here
I would definitely recommend the Grove PT location. The PT Natalie was absolutely the best to work with!
Excelente precios y atentencion, la mercancía que envié llego puntual y en buen estado. Atte. Miguel Alarcon
I gave this two stars because, although the actual therapy by Angie was excellent and I recommend her highly, the administration fell short. Before starting I inquired with the clinic about insurance coverage and was assured that both my primary and secondary health insurance companies were accepted. When the primary benefits reached a limit the clinic's administrator informed me--through reception--that their policy is to not work with the secondary carrier once the primary is used up because "it's too much trouble" to have to bill a primary first, for it to be denied, so the bill can then be submitted to the secondary for payment. Their policy forces the patient to transfer to another clinic to continue treatment. This is bad enough, but the "administrator" also ignored two messages left with reception asking to discuss this. He/she did not even have the decency to follow up. If you rely on primary and secondary coverage look for a clinic with better administration and policies.
I have had 5 PT's in the last 3 years, for Rotator cuff surgery. All but Dr. Fox had me do the same exercises regardless of pain, and ignored that first surgery had failed. They continued with the exercises that resulted in more pain, as the tear got worse and my shoulder sat deranged for 2 years.By my 8th week, I had full passive range of motion after an open subscapularis repai and a debriment of rotater cuff. He communicates issues to my surgeon, and best of all, he pays attention to my care individually. He is innovative, knowledgeable in kinseology, using a tool that literally breaks down scar tissue, and has repeatedly found ways to continue my rotation and strengthening of my shoulder dedpite my elbow interfereing with the traditional methods of of treatment. At 3 months, although I have a ways to go, my ability to do tasks is already beyond what I was able to do in the last 3 years. His staff has his pleasent freindly attitude, and he interns UM srudents. If he trains them they will be by far ahead of all therapists.
brought my uncle to receive physical therapy on his left knee, i have to say the staff was so great! amazing truly caring therapist and my uncle loved it. His therapist Lily actually cared and would call him to see if he was actually doing his home exercises. Amazing Place ! I must say.
