Very disappointed that I bought a dog Sasha von Calvo which Von Calvo made a pedigree link for , but when I received the dog, the mother was not the same as on the papers- hurry look quick before he deletes it- Sasha von Calvo - pedigree link - which has changed many times said Mother was Jana, sire was Peir then changed to Tyson and when I got akc papers the mother is not the same, and the dog was supposed to come with a florida health certificate, a man name Ruben say he was nephew of Lino Calvo of von Calvo Miami and I never received any other paperwork and dog had skin issues and cost us alot of money for bills for her special care and we want the money we spend to care for Sasha von Calvo because we were lied to by Ruben and we would of never bought this dog if we knew different parent or skin problems or no health certificate and we wanted to breed this dog she was sold as a breeder but AKC said the dog only have small litters we were told 7 pups 9 and 7 but akc said 7, 3 , 3 and this is big difference so ALL so far was untrue about this dog and Ruben , Lino Calvo nephew owes us money for this sasha Von Calvo
BUYER’S BEWARE OF LINO VON CALVO GERMAN SHEPHERD breeder. I went to Lino Calvo, from Tennessee to Miami, for a male that I made clear before purchase that I wanted to breed. At pick up he gave me some paperwork which included a general information (receipt) and a health certificate. He had me set up from the minute I left. When I discovered the dog had no scrotum. I called Mr. Calvo in a panic and text pictures and he said no worries, I’ll get you another replacement male puppy and I know you and I know you love your dogs. There would be no use in me taking the dog back as I would just have to rehome him. I assured him that if he wanted the dog back I would give him back. He strung me along for some time with this line When the promised replacement pup would have been six weeks I called Lino and he stated that both of the litters had been lost. It was at this point that Lino promised to give a pup at some later date (after the lawful remedy period) so I contacted my attorney and he advised me to send Lino a text requesting that he put the promise of replacement in writing. I sent the text and Lino refused. I retained Justine Mikolaitis, an animal law attorney in Florida. The first negotiation, he stated he wanted the dog back so he could euthanize him. In the end of negotiation with attorney, when I would not agree to sign a contract of nondisclosure, Lino told me to sue him. I filed a grievance with the State as a violation of Pet Lemon Laws. The State sent Lino a letter asking for a response to my grievance and that is when it came out that he had me set up from day one. At the bottom of the receipt, which he asked me to sign below the payment information was statute waiver language. The signature line was above the statute waiver which was in very tiny 4 point font that was so small I did not even see it. So, Lino Calvo took my hard earned money and I got a dog that needs an expensive surgery and can never produce anything for my family. BUYERS BEWARE…
Best groomers ever! My 10 year old Maltese looks like a puppy again...so cute! They keep our preferences on file too so I don't need to explain everything to the groomer each time. Plus we're downtown so they even pick him up and deliver him back to me. So convenient! I always know if a groomer treats him well and I can tell by how relaxed he is that they give him lots of love. I highly recommend Doggies Gone Wild!
I left my dog with them while I was away on business. I was so happy with their services. They really are the best when it comes to pet travel needs. Highly recommend them!!!
I had a great experience at Von Calvo. Lino taught me a lot about the German Shepherd breed, and found the perfect puppy for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect german shepherd.

Just moved to Miami from Orlando and was referred by someone I met at a dog park in midtown. My pooch is huge and very hairy. He was way due his groom and quite honestly a mess : ). The staff at this place where professional and friendly to both me and Arnold (his name). They explained the process and about how much time they estimated they would need (4 hours minimum). To my surprise they called me exactly 3 hours and 45 minutes after I left and told me Arnold was ready for pick-up. Ahhh...he was like a new dog and smelled clean and fresh...looked even better. I was very pleased and think we have found our new place for grooming here in Miami. (Thanks to Lola's mom from the dog park).
