He visitado este lugar y el trato conjuntamente con su servicio es pésimo. Acabo de ser estafado, pues el pasado mes de diciembre me vendieron un depósito para tintas equivocado y no solo pague por la transportacion e importacion en Cuba, si no que me arruinó la impresora que ellos también me habían vendido con anterioridad, pues al acoplar este aditamento el cual era para otro tipo de unidad, esta la desconfiguro al punto de no tener arreglo. Hoy cuando le hago la reclamación, de ninguna forma aceptaban su responsabilidad, al punto que solo me cambiaron el envase y ni siquiera me repusieron las tintas, las cuales por su puesto se derramaron dentro de la impresora, creando el daño y el resto en la basura ya que para traer de regreso la pieza hubo que drenar, pues no se pueden traer líquidos en el equipaje de mano en una aeronave. Luego como palabras de despedida tuve que soportar que su dependiente me dijera con voz desafiante "Lo tomas o lo dejas". Se habra creido que es un tipo rudo o estará frustrado? Ya lo sabremos.

When ordering toner online I usually check out 3 sites. 2Stoner was a vendor I’ve done business with before until now. I needed toner for my Dell printer urgently so selected them because they are located in Miami, FL and as I am also in FL. After I purchased the 2 toners via their website I called in to customer service and asked them to send it out today since I need it right away. The customer service said that he saw my order and put a note to send it out right away. Days gone by and I was wondering what happen to my toners which should be here since they are in the same state. When I asked customer service via email, their comment was you should check the fine print, we have 3-7 days to deliver your toners. 2Stoner said we are sending it out of our CA warehouse, I was surprised as the reason why I choose them is because on their website they were in FL and I had to pay state tax. How am I suppose to know they have a warehouse in CA?! Well, I finally receive my toner on the 9th day or 7th business day. I will never use 2Stoner again, customer service did not step up but did show me the fine print, I could of got the same pricing and gotten my toner a few days earlier with my other online toner vendors.

I ordered a new cartridge and received a remanufactured. I called and asked for the correct cartridge I ordered, the guy on the other phone would not replace it and gave me this 10 min talk on how this was a great cartridge. I said this is not what was ordered, I ordered a new one. He is the worst customer service person I ever talked with. He should of sent the right one out and sent a call tag for the used one. I had to go above his head to get someone who understood what was going on. These remanufactured cardtridge's can cause damage to your printer. If it does, there not going to reimburse you, I would not trust them, this is( bait and switch), just that simple.A reputible company would have taken care of the problem, not give you a line B.S. That Customer Service guy is there to take care of error's or problems not tell stories or give excuse's. BAD BAD BAD BAD
This was my first purchase that was shipped to me in the time frame that was in range. This company is "A" rated with the BBB. They ran a special with free shipping that I took advantage of. They carry a 1 year warranty on products and I like it that they are ISO 9001 quality approved.I will continue to purchase my ink cartridges from 2STONER. I have been paying way to much for cartridges in the past and this will not happen any more. These re-manufactured cartridges work just as good as the original and you get more bang for you buck in price and contents. This company is also ISO green for our environment. ON the back of your packing slip comes with very easy to follow instructions and I would also like to point out that use of these remanufactured cartridges doesn't void your printer warranty. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I rate these cartridges a 10.
