- Dr. Philip Perlman is a 1983 graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed his Otolaryngology training at Albany Medical Center in 1988. Dr. Perlman is well trained in all aspects of the field, including pediatric and adult ENT, head and neck surgery and in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. He has been practicing in Manhasset, NY since 1989. Dr. Perlman currently treats adult and pediatric patients medically and surgically in all aspects of ear, nose and throat disorders. Dr. Perlman is widely published and has made presentations on many aspects of Otolaryngology, including swallowing disorders and facial cosmetic techniques. Dr. Perlman has been the Director of Otolaryngology at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY since 2003. He is also named in Castle Connolly' Top Doctors for the past 15 years.

Provided by Doctor.comI was having very frequent nosebleeds and after Dr. Perlman listened he was ready to help me out. He decided to cauterize my nose and gave me a full explanation of what to expect afterwards. Great visit!

Provided by Doctor.comI have a terrible wax problem causing my hearing to be impaired and my balance to be off. He cleans out the wax all the time and everything is immediately improved. Been a patient for many years and my son and daughter are patients too. I trust him implicitly

Provided by Doctor.comDr. Perlman was so good with my 3 year old! He was patient. He listened and addressed all my concerns. My 3 year year did some damage after his first cauterization in the morning , and Dr. Perlman had us come in and fit us in on before the holiday weekend to try it again. It’s a bit of a drive for us but so worth it!
