There is a lack of customer service from some of the staff. Last week the lady that was working the store alone didn’t know how to open the print que to print a label. 👎🏼
I will be taking my business to the Bowman Rd store. The staff at this location provide excellent customer service and are trained on how to handle everything.
Use caution if you plan to use this store for your small business They will let you renew your contract then hit you with additional fees that are in the fine print in your contract.
