The resturant is very nice looking. You can tell that someone spend a lot of money and time creating a nice enviroment. The wait staff I've met are pleasant as well. However, the management is less then great and lack customer focus. From the breif discussion I had with the owner I found him to be condescending and arrogant. This maybe why the place only had 8 people including my party of 3 during prime dining time on a football night. I expect this business to go under, if my experience is typical. When that happens I hope who every buys the place understands customer service. The location has so much potential it is a shame it's run the way it is.



If the owner reads this please understand it is your customer who help you be successful. It's their hard earn money you are trying to get. If you create a fun dining experience you will have repeat customers. It's not too hard. Maybe you missed that day in school while you were getting your masters degree.

Don't waste your time or money. When I tried to talk to the manager, all he wanted to do was argue & offer excuses. I eat out at least 4 times a week, never had a manager that not only wouldln't come to the table to address the problems. Wouldn't go back if it was free.
