Avalon (GA)

I am horribly disappointed with our place. We moved in and the place was so disgusting! It look a full week of bleaching the place from floor to ceiling everyday to even feel like I could possibly live here. It is rent to own, but you are better off finding another place unless you don't care about living in a dump that has never been taken care of. Still having major issues and am actually looking to move out as soon as we can! My husband and i won't to start a family but we refuse to bring a child into this place. I have done all I can do make it livable, but we will not be staying here longer than possible! I dread coming home to this place after work and the maintenance doesn't have a clue what they are doing and nothing gets done like you are told and there is NO communication from management to tenants! This has been months of issues and many tears over having to come home to this worthless dump!!!!
