They actually care about their customers which is a breath of fresh air. Ive been screwed by my local cable company for years, and my only regret is that i did'nt find Andrew sooner!! My Tech Brandon was Awesome, he even cleaned up the rats nest of wires the cable company gifted me when they originally installed me shortly after i bought my house, needless to say my local cable company has lost this guys business for life! have had service now for well over a year, and they have been there every step of the way for anything and everything i've needed. Andrew even sent me a free remote without hassle, after my Rottweiler Duke decided to make it a chew toy. I even have my technicians personal cell phone on speed dial, no more 45 minute calls for a 5 minute question, I can even text him. I have referred my whole family and have no hesitation in recommending Direct Connections to EVERYONE I know. If you dred opening that cable bill like i did EVERY month, give them a call today.
